Data Deletion Instructions

GuestConnect respects your right to request deletion of personal information associated with your use of the GuestConnect service.

You may request deletion of your GuestConnect personal information at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, please contact GuestConnect through TechFix Solutions and provide enough information for us to identify your GuestConnect record.

Your request should include:

Your full name
Your mobile phone number used with GuestConnect
Your email address, if you provided one
The GuestConnect branch you used, if known
A clear request asking for your personal information to be deleted

What Information May Be Deleted

Subject to applicable legal and operational requirements, GuestConnect may delete or anonymise information such as:

Name
Mobile phone number
Email address
Marketing consent information
Guest Wi-Fi customer profile information
Related GuestConnect customer records

Processing Your Request

Once a valid deletion request is received, GuestConnect will review the request and take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise the applicable personal information.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for security purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational requirements.

Marketing Communications

If your request relates only to marketing communications, you may also request to be removed from GuestConnect marketing lists without deleting your entire GuestConnect record.
